I love to bake.. I have spent hundreds and possibly even thousands on dollars on cookbooks and manuals on baking. The smell of fresh baked bread or the smell of brownies baking in the oven just bring a sense and scent of happiness in the home. I love to roll and knead dough and mold the dough into works of art. Baking homemade cakes and pies seem to bring smiles from my family. Im such a pathetic domestic case. I love everything that being a wife and a homemaker mean. I actually love the kitchen and the kitchen is my favorite place to spend time at home. Today as I tend to my 5 year old cousin who is here til later tonight I decided to bake some brownies and since wednesdays seem to be baking day at my house since my aunt also likes to bake a cake or something on wednesdays I have noticed and decided today was a good day for some cheer me up brownies.
